A teasing campaign for Valentine's Day
Published on 9 February 2024

The Agence de la biomédecine (French Biomedicine Agency) is launching a social media campaign for Valentine's Day, aimed at couples, with a message to raise awareness of gamete donation: Make an appointment for two to donate your gametes.
People waiting for a gamete donation (oocytes and/or spermatozoa) have to wait several months, sometimes years, to live their dream of becoming parents. To reduce the waiting time for recipients, many more donors are needed today.
Valentine's Day is a direct appeal to those who share a life together. In fact, this holiday is often the occasion to organize a date.
And what if the romantic rendezvous became an appointment for the two of you to donate your gametes?
**Because together, you'll make twice as many happy parents, make an appointment today at your nearest donation center.
